Barnabas is a private app that helps a church coordinate its volunteer "helping hands" ministry — members and neighbors submit requests for practical help, and a team of volunteers takes them on. If you have a question or run into a problem, reach out and we'll get back to you.

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
Barnabas uses your phone number — there's no password. Enter your number, and we'll text you a one-time code to sign in.
On the home screen, tap "Request Help" and describe what you need. Your church's volunteer team reviews the request privately and follows up with you.
Only the volunteer team for your church. Requests are not public and are not visible to anyone outside that team.
Make sure you allowed notifications when the app first asked. You can turn them back on in your device's Settings → Notifications → Barnabas.
In the app, go to Profile → "Delete my account." This removes your profile and sign-in. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
